Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

Yes, all tickets are transferable up to 30 days before the event. To transfer, you must send an email to soporte@ipagroup.co with the new person's information and your order number. After this period, tickets will not be transferable for logistical and security reasons.

Do prices include taxes and service charges?

What happens if I can't attend the event? Are refunds available?

Tickets are non-refundable, but transferable up to 30 days before the event. In properly documented cases of force majeure, each situation will be evaluated individually by our team. Just contact us at support@ipagroup.co and we will be happy to assist you. We recommend considering travel insurance if you are arriving from another country.

What is the main difference between the International ticket and the Super Guest ticket?

The International Ticket is specifically designed for international visitors and includes benefits such as a sightseeing tour and access to the Smart Sellers Club. The Super Guest is our most premium and comprehensive experience, including all the benefits of the International Ticket, plus a privileged location and personalized VIP attention throughout the event.

Is Fire Walking safe? Is it mandatory?

The Fire Walk (included from the VIP Guest level) is a completely safe activity, led by certified professionals with years of experience. While it is a transformative part of the event, it is completely optional. Before the activity, you will receive full preparation and must sign an informed consent form.

Can I upgrade my ticket after purchasing it?

Yes, you can upgrade to a higher category by paying the difference, provided there is availability in the desired category. The upgrade must be requested at least 45 days before the event by writing to soporte@ipagroup.co, and we will send you a special link so you can upgrade. After this period, upgrades are not guaranteed due to logistical issues.

Are payment plans available?

No, all our tickets currently require full payment at the time of purchase. Payment must be made in a lump sum using any of the available payment methods (credit card, debit card, or bank transfer).
