As an International Coach, Speaker, and Author, Misael trains both large and small groups on how to maximize their potential and transform their lives. Misael is an Executive Director with the John Maxwell Team. He currently lives in the United States with his wife Helen and their two children, Misael Jr. and Heaven.

His coaching process involves the use of assessments and analytics to better understand you and/or your team—how you think, how your company thinks, and your overall perspective. From this starting point, through proven and effective strategies, we work to introduce new perspectives to the current reality, challenging you to grow and become more empowered.
